Seth Dolce has been a top producing Private Mortgage Banker for 21 years. He recently brought the Dolce Team to LendGen in December of 2023.

Prior to becoming a Private Mortgage Banker, Seth was a Professional Ice Hockey Player. Seth played in the Italian Hockey League - Serie A and Australia’s Ice Hockey League, the AIHL, as well as the ECHL and AHL.

Born in Manhattan, having grown up on the Upper East Side, and currently living in Chelsea, Seth’s roots are in New York City. Seth infuses a lifetime of NYC experiences into each and every mortgage transaction. 

Seth resides in the Hamptons as well, and similarly, imparts his market knowledge and local expertise into each Hamptons transaction.

Seth has always had a passion for real estate and finance and began growing his own, personal real estate portfolio early in his mortgage banking career. He is happy to share with his clients the insights and proficiencies he has accrued through this enterprise.

Although Seth has closed over $42 Million in a quarter, he is excited to surpass these figures with the ability to now offer his clients a much wider breath of products and services.
